this week BONTOT xsakit!

Hi peeps! juz wanna share with all of u guys my last week activities @ taiping..taiping with love..

for last friday, i didn't take train to travel coz my hubby had meeting @ putrajaya so fetched me up n we went back together..seb baiklah, klu tak sakit lagi bontot punggung haku! smpi awal kat umah inlaw so leh la projek rest lebey sikit..LOL

on saturday, hubby n me xde plan..so hubby ajak nengok movie kat taiping central.(yg ado pon)..but not bad la..pop corn dia setapp...search kat BIG CINEMA movie yg available tak byk..memula tu ingat nk tgk SURROGATES..pastu hubby tgk SORORITY ROW pon cam interesting..(dlm hati cam berani je laku haku ni nk tgk cite hantu)..so we decided to watch SORORITY ROW..bukan horror movie tpi thriller..ok jgkla..In this movie, there r 6 girls n they're best frens..diorg kononnye nak prank this 1 guy who cheated 1 of the girl. unfortunately, this guy ter-bunuh pompuan tu..nk tau lg, go n watch it urself! the best part is, my hubby keep on askin, this girl yg mane? this guy bf girl yg tdi tu kan..haiyooo!! sgt tak focus tau! hangin aku 1 badan..xkuasa nk layan..last i pandang daring je kat my hubby, so dia dah paham la x psl2 bini dia bertukar jdi rimau..huhu..

afta that, hubby bwk gie pasar minggu kat cangkat jering..pergh,mcm2 ada..yg paling best murtabak mamak..me n hubby dah mcm kat channel AFC..coz all the way thru he is buzy explaining to me this n that..org kat pasar tu cam pandang je..huhu..lps sabar murtabak 3 keping pe lagi balik umah n makan la..pastu proceed ngn acara malam..*wink* (sila jgn ber-otak kuning)

next morning, hubby ckp dia nak wat roasted chicken n black paper sauce..i wat coleslaw as usual la..pelikla, everytime hubby cook this, the chicken turned to be soo tender n delicious..(tiada perasaan utk memuji hubby sndiri ye)..taste dia lg sedap dari Kenny Rogers.seriyes..hmm..klu bukak kedai sure laku nih..xpe2, insyaAllah next project..i siap bwk bekal balik mkn dlm train lg..hehe..my mom inlaw ckp, mcm nak balik asrama..hehe..thanx mak!! she is so nice to me..superb mother inlaw..untung i.mane nk dpt, bgn pagi breakfast dah ready, nk balik siapkan bekal..hehe..(nmpk sgt slalu bgn lambat ek)..i bangun awal la..sumpah tak tipu..tpi mom inlaw lg awal la..hehehe

FIRST ATTEMPT!

today is my 3rd fasting (sbb haku dtg bulan ler)..dah jadi tradisi bulan Ramadhan ni akan ade berbuka pose kat umah org (meaning selain dari umah sndri )..so last sunday, me, hubby n parents gie berbuka di umah my 3rd bro kat sec. 7..actually, me n hubby was thinking to make lasagna on that day..then kebetulan my bro ajak buka, so, we decided to make and bring it to his houz..masak kat umah dulu, then bakar kat umah abg..
misi pencarian bahan2 berlaku..hubby n me mencari segala benda kat tesco, and kedai wat cake (cheese kat sini murah skit).then, settle beli brg, balik umah n start prepare ape yg patut.while hubby bz copying recipe from internet..bole plak dia missed time bile nak masuk garlic!!! tensen tol haku.terpaksa tumis garlic in another pan..seb baik pandai..wah!! (sila jgn muntah ye)..
wat lasagna nie leceh gak, coz byk process.ade 3 process.red sauce, white sauce n bake the lasagna..tpi tak kisah lah kan, yg pening penting effort nak buat n niat nk bagi org makan..sedap, xsedap blakang cerita haa..
siap masak, packed everything then trus gie umah abg.his parents in law pon ade, so umah amat meriah dan penuh..(cik ta, k.dura kate bkn xnak jmpt tau, tpi umah penuh..lain kali insyaAllah,pggil cik ta n family plak eh!*wink*..jgn kecik ati tau, sbb dah ade org kecik ati sbb xdijemput utk berbuka pose..hehehe)
smpi je terus terjah dapur.sian kakak ipar ku yg tersayang sedang kelam kabut menyiapkan special dish for the day..kari kepala ikan (laki haku nyer feberet neh)..pic tiada..harap maaf..

si suami sedang menunjuk nunjuk menunjukkan skill memasak..

inilah yg dimasak.i pun xtau, yg i tau dia mcm goreng ikan tu, buh olive oil pastu buh bawang..hehe..hebat2, sungguh hebat..hehe..

i n hubby pon teruslah dgn misi lasagna..ini lah hasilnyer..

pas mkn, solat maghrib, pastu siap2 nak gie terawikh pulok..habis terawikh kitorg potong cake pulak..my beloved bro n siz nye 6th anniversary..he bought Baskin Robbins ice cream cake.pergh! mmg sgt setttappp..n full giler perut..

ermmm.....tak tau nk ckp ape yg ade dlm ati skrg nie..yg penting xmo stress..mungkin blum rezeki lagi..as what hubby said " juz follow the flow"..

RECIPES!!

hye peeps! hmm..yesterday i cooked Kung Pao Chicken..i dunno what does it mean..leceh skit, but it tasted delicious!! (bukan nk puji cook sndiri eh)..licin licau la lauk nie smlm.my dad yg mcm xnak makan pun tergoda jgk smpi licin pinggan dia.dah abis mkn baru teringat tak inject insulin lg (he is diabetic)..ayah ..ayah..

inila rupanya..menjilat pinggan jari.

nyway, ade yg bertny recipe bread pudding kat i..
so dgn baik atinyer i bg kat sini.tpi klu wat jual royalti kena share nih!!hehe LOL!
bahan A:
roti gardenia - 5-6 keping(klu nak lembut lg, kurgkan roti)
fresh milk - 500 ml
bahan B:
telor - 2 biji
butter - 4 tbsp (cairkan sikit atas api kecil)
gula - 5 tbsp
esen vanilla - 1 tsp
corn flour - 1 tbsp
raisin - 1 tbsp
bahan c (castard sauce):
evaporated milk - 1 tin
castard flour - 2 tbsp
gula - 2tbsp
cara-caranya:
1) rendamkan roti dlm frsh milk dlm loyang biar smpi kembang.
2) bancuhkan bahan B. pukul smpi sebati dan masukkan dlm loyang yg ade bahan A tadi. then bakar dlm oven 180c selama 30-40 mnts.
3) mix and masak bahan C dgn api kecil. kena sentiasa kacau sbb xnak tepung berketul.nti x cantik.masak pun kena la cantik2 kan.. (klu pekat sgt tmbhkan air sikit)
dah siap, ape lagi makanlah!! sejuk kan lagi sedap..selamat mencuba!! wah mcm dlm channel AFC plak..huhu..sape yg dah try, share la ngn i eh!

BREAD PUDDING WITH CASTARD SAUCE

woot woot!! last post kan urs truly ade ckp nk wat bread pudding. so that afternoon after work trus gie carik bhn2 nak wat that pudding. beli a few je coz bread, raisin, corn flour dah ade kat umah. so i juz need to buy fresh milk and IDEAL evaporated milk.

smpi je umah trus prepare nak buat.coz mmg teringin sgt nk mkn..lately nie i rasa cam eager to cook.since dah jadi bini org nie kan..(too late maybe)..bkn xreti but sometimes penyakit M tu dtg jer..actually i love to Cook Chinese style food.yg kuah2 nie, bolehlah, but it wouldn't be my first choice. huhu..nyway, nilah hasilnyer..
